Returns
Every Bodella is made to order in the shape and fabric you choose — a piece made specially for you. That's lovely, but it does affect returns, so please read this before you order.
Made-to-order pieces
Because your Bodella is bespoke — cut, built and upholstered to your choices — it's exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel that applies to off-the-shelf goods. That means we're not able to take a piece back simply for a change of mind.
Choosing with confidence
We'd far rather you were sure before we start. If you're unsure about a fabric, a shape or a measurement, get in touch first — we'll talk it through and send any extra photos or details you need.
If something's wrong
If your Bodella arrives faulty, damaged in transit or not as described, please contact us within 14 days (and within 48 hours for transit damage, with a photo if you can). We'll put it right — repairing or replacing it at no cost to you. As upholsterers of long standing, we stand behind everything we make.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty goods.
